Vegan Ice Cream: Tomato

Ingredients

I2:🍬1 cup sugar
I3:🛢️⅜ cup olive oil
I4:🌶️2 cloves garlic
I5:🧂¼ tsp salt
I6:🌶️½ tsp pepper

Instructions

Step 1:Blend
I1: 🍅 2 lbs. tomato
I2: 🍬 1 cup sugar
I3: 🛢️ ⅜ cup olive oil
I4: 🌶️ 2 cloves garlic
I5: 🧂 ¼ tsp salt
I6: 🌶️ ½ tsp pepper
Step 2:Churn

Result

Good texture. But, people don’t seem to like garlic in their ice cream.
