Vegan Ice Cream: Strawberry Lavender

Ingredients

I1:🍓2 lbs strawberry
I2:🍬1 cup sugar
I3:🛢️1/2 cup sunflower seed oil
I4:🌾1/4 cup lavender

Instructions

Step 1:Blend
I1: 🍓 2 lbs strawberry
I2: 🍬 1 cup sugar
I3: 🛢️ 1/2 cup sunflower seed oil
Step 2:Mix
I4: 🌾 1/4 cup lavender
Step 3:Sous vide at 175 for an hour
Step 4:Filter out lavender
Step 5:Freeze in ninja creami container and spin

Result

Nice out of the sous vide, but the lavender was too strong after spinning
