Mix Ins: cherries

Ingredients

I1:🌟500g cherries
I2:🍬100g sugar

Instructions

Step 1:Mix and macerate (few hours)
↖I1: 🌟 500g cherries
↖I2: 🍬 100g sugar

Result:

Good. Letting the cherries macerate drew out a lot of water. When they then froze with the ice cream, they stayed soft to eat.

Note:

Know your recipient. Some liked large whole cherries. Some wanted them cut in half.
