I5:πŸ§‚Pinch (small) of salt
I6:🌾3 vanilla beans

Instructions

Step 1:Mix
β†–I1: πŸ₯› 1.5 cups heavy cream
β†–I2: πŸ₯› 1.5 cup whole lactaid
β†–I3: 🍬 ΒΎ cup sugar
β†–I4: πŸ₯š 5 large egg yolks
β†–I5: πŸ§‚ Pinch (small) of salt
β†–I6: 🌾 3 vanilla beans
Step 2:Sous vide at 175F for an hour
Step 3:Churn

Result

Good out of the machine. This set well. Taste is great. No need to iterate on this. It’s done. Still true on second make of the first variant.
