Custard: Pralines and Cream

Ingredients

I1:🥛3 cups half and half
I2:🥚6 eggs
I3:🍬1 cup sugar
I4:🧂¼ tsp salt
I5:🌾¼ tsp vanilla
I6:🥜chopped pralines

Instructions

Step 1:Blend
I1: 🥛 3 cups half and half
I2: 🥚 6 eggs
I3: 🍬 1 cup sugar
I4: 🧂 ¼ tsp salt
I5: 🌾 ¼ tsp vanilla
Step 2:Sous vide at 175F for an hour
Step 3:Churn
Step 4:Fold in pralines
I6: 🥜 chopped pralines

Result

Tasty, but too soft. Reduce to ¾ cup sugar next time.
