Ingredients

I1:🥛3 cups half and half
I2:🥚6 eggs
I3:🥜¾ cup peanut butter
I4:🍬¾ cup sugar
I5:🌾1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

Step 1:Blend
I1: 🥛 3 cups half and half
I2: 🥚 6 eggs
I3: 🥜 ¾ cup peanut butter
I4: 🍬 ¾ cup sugar
I5: 🌾 1 tsp vanilla
Step 2:Sous vide at 175F for an hour
Step 3:Blend
Step 4:Churn

Result

Very good. There was some grittiness to the mouthfeel. I think this can be avoided with some pre-churn filtering. Namely, lots of particulates settle during the chilling phase. By not incorporating that particulate, I think we can smooth out the taste.
