I3:🌟1 cup maple
I4:🥚6 large egg yolks

Instructions

Step 1:Mix
↖I1: 🥛 1 cup heavy cream
↖I2: 🥛 2 cups half and half
↖I3: 🌟 1 cup maple
↖I4: 🥚 6 large egg yolks
Step 2:Sous vide at 175F for an hour
Step 3:Churn

Result

Soft out of the churn. Scoopable at 0. Strong maple flavor (even if housemate can't name the flavor).
