Instructions

Step 1:Blend
I1: 🌶️ 12 cloves
I2: 🍂 1 stick cinnamon
I3: 🌶️ 2 star anise
I4: 🌶️ 9 black peppercorn
I5: 🌶️ 14 green cardamom
I6: 🌶️ 2 bay leaf
I7: 🌶️ 2 pinch nutmeg

I9: 🥛 1.5 cups heavy cream
I10: 🥛 1.5 cup whole lactaid
I11: 🍬 ¾ cup sugar
I12: 🥚 5 large egg yolks

Good texture and density. Nicely spiced, but could use a better balance. Increasing the peppercorn, cardamom, and cloves next time.
