Instructions

Step 1:Mix

β†–I2: 🍬 1 cup sugar
β†–I3: πŸ₯š 6 egg yolks
β†–I4: 🌾 ΒΌ cup black sesame
β†–I5: πŸ§‚ Β½ tsp salt
Step 2:Sous vide at 175F for an hour
Step 3:Churn

Notes

First draft of this flavor was as a sorbet (not an ice cream). Trying this again as a custard ice cream.

Result

Very good. Would make again.
