Ingredients

I1:🥛½ cup heavy cream
I2:🥛2.5 cups half and half
I3:🥚6 eggs
I4:🍌3 large bananas
I5:🍬1 cup sugar
I6:🍂1 teaspoon cinnamon
I7:🌶️½ teaspoon nutmeg
I8:🌶️¼ teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

Step 1:Blend
I1: 🥛 ½ cup heavy cream
I2: 🥛 2.5 cups half and half
I3: 🥚 6 eggs
I4: 🍌 3 large bananas
I5: 🍬 1 cup sugar
I6: 🍂 1 teaspoon cinnamon
I7: 🌶️ ½ teaspoon nutmeg
I8: 🌶️ ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
Step 2:Sous vide at 175F for an hour
Step 3:Churn

Result

Good.
